This vintage  doll dress is for the  Dutch Barbie doll #11104 from 1993. The dress is a traditional folk costume from the Netherlands and has a turquoise blue bodice and a full blue and white striped skirt. There's white trim with red and blue flowers at the neckline and on a ruffle at the waist.

The dress is in good condition.
